TEAMS MUST START A TEAM DEFENSE/ SPECIAL TEAMS EVERY WEEK

This must be an active valid start. Teams cannot leave the slot empty or start a D/ST that is on a bye week.
Failure to start an active D/ST will incur a 10 Point penalty to the teams final score that week by the commissioner.
Starting an active valid defense is essential to the scoring system.
Teams are allowed a maximum of two D/ST at a time on the roster. This ensures availability throughout the season.
Owners are responsible for their roster.

hybrid players

Hybrid players are players that have been designated by the ESPN fantasy application to multiple positions. For example; DT/DE, QB/TE, WR/CB, etc etc...

Due to that designation the app allows players to start in either position. Below are the rules that this league follows regarding "Hybrid Players".

ONE WAY HYBRID

One way hybrid players, are players that are either designated to two or more offensive positions or defensive positions.

These players are allowed to start at either positions. Any QB, RB, WR, or TE are interchangeable with each other and are consider offensive hybrids. Just as defensive hybrids, DE, DT, Edge, LB, CB, or S are interchangeable.

An example of an offensive hybrid player was Taysom Hill. He was listed in the past as a QB/TE.

TWO WAY HYBRID

Two way hybrid players are players that are designated to two or more positions where they are on both offense and defense.

These players are only allowed to start on Offense. What ever points they score on defense will count towards their total points scored.

Travis Hunter is the example; designated as CB/ WR. He is only allowed to start as a WR in this league regardless of what the app allows. If a team starts him as a DB, All of his points will be deducted from the final score as a penalty.
