Pre-Draft trading only takes place after the Keeper Deadline date has taken place, during the time frame announced by the Commissioner. Only the players signed on the Keeper Deadline date are eligible for trade.
Pre-Draft trading is allowed for both players and draft picks. During this period, LM veto will be active in order to reduce mistakes. Future draft pick trading is not allowed.
There is no vote, or LM veto during the season. Players may be traded up until the deadline, and there is no limit on trades. Collusion is not allowed, but keep in mind it is also very rare, and almost impossible to hide. Borrowing players is not allowed. Teams may not loan players to other teams by trading them one week and re-trading for them the next. When owners trade a player they may not reacquire them via trade from the same owner without the league commissioner or co-commissioners approval first. If owners are caught making these kinds of trades penalties may be applied. They are allowed to sign that player via free agency if released.
When a player is traded to a new team all designations are removed.
Free Agent Auction Bucks(FAAB's) system is used. Each team starts the season with certain number of FAAB's. The minimum teams can spend on one single free agent is $1. The total number of FAAB's may differ from season to season.
