  • Keeper Selection Date:

    • Each year a 'Keeper Selection date' will be set. This is the date owners must submit their keepers. If an owner does not submit keepers by the selected date, they will continue into the draft without any keepers.

  • Salary Cap:

    • Each year the league will be given a salary cap.   ( Virtual Currency, not related to league monetary system).

      • The cap will be determined every off-season based on statistical data from the previous season.

        • The data is comprised of the following; Using the method below determines that years Salary Cap.

          • By total points scored; Top 12 QB's, Top 60 Flex, Top 12 DL, LB, and DB.

            • Sum the average of DL, LB, DB.

            • Sum the average of the QB.

            • Sum the average of the Flex.

              • Take the average of each and then multiply by 3.

  • Keeper Rules & Info:

    • Owners can keep up to a total of 5 Players. (Defensive Teams are not eligible).

      • Owners may choose to not keep any players.

      • The virtual currency that owners use to select players does not roll over to the next season.

      • Only players that are on the roster at the end of the previous season are eligible.

      • When the draft begins, keepers are placed on the roster.

        • The app will save the rounds at the end of the draft to enter the keeper selections. (Rounds 18-22)

  • Player salaries:

      • In the ESPN app, when looking at a players stats for the previous season. The 'AVG' is considered the players salary.

      • Keeping players for multiple seasons;

        • Owners can keep players as long as they want as long as the player remains on the team.

        • Their salary does not always stay the same.

          • As long as a team keeps a player, their salary is always kept at the highest total.

            • For example; if you sign a player in 2025 for 7.2, and in 2026 their avg changes to 6.3, it will remain 7.2. However if a player in 2025 scores 7.2, and in 2026 the avg changes to 8.1, then the salary becomes 8.1.

          • As long as a player remains on a team the salary never lowers it can only be raised until the player returns to the draft pool.

        • Any discounts applied are removed after the first year signed.

    • Salary Discounts:

      • Player discounts may be applied under the following circumstances;

        • The first player drafted by a team in the previous draft regardless of round can be tagged as a 'Franchise Player'.

          • Franchise players receive a 1pt discount on their cost. For example; if a player's salary is 5.9, the 'Franchise Tag' reduces the cost to 4.9.

          • These players must be drafted by the team and on the roster at the end of the previous season.

        • The first offensive or defensive (Teams choice) rookie player drafted by a team in the previous draft regardless of round ca be tagged as a 'Prospect Player'.  This means a team may choose to ignore all defensive rookies for the first offensive rookie.

          • Prospect players receive a 0.5pt discount on their cost. For example; if a player's salary is 4.9, the 'Prospect Tag' reduces the cost to 4.4.

          • These players must be drafted by the team and on the roster at the end of the previous season.

        • Players drafted in rounds 18-22 by a team in the previous draft, can be tagged as a 'Sleeper'.

          • Only one player may receive the 'Sleeper' tag, and they receive a 0.5 discount. The same as a 'Prospect Player'.

          • This adds strategy to how many players an owner wishes to keep. Rounds 18-22 are used for the keepers, which are obviously not eligible for a sleeper tag.

          • These players must be drafted by the team and on the roster at the end of the previous season.

      • Players are allowed multiple tags.

        • For example; a team picks a rookie as their first pick in the draft.  They are eligible for both the 'Franchise', and 'Prospect' designation.

        • Another example; a teams first rookie was drafted in rounds 18-22. They are eligible for both the 'Sleeper', and 'Prospect' designation.
